What more do you need for Christmas??? Yorkshire guys and gals have it all wrapped up! Here are pictures from across Yorkshire. The amazing Janet Sheard said “We had a great turn out and raised approx. £200”. Thank you from all of us here at the Fund.

Bucket Collection


Thanks Angela Farrell and the charity team for raising £411.00 with a bucket collection in Chelmsford MC. Ian Lennard is also competing in a 30 mile Ultra Run so more money to come!

Cake Bakes


Jenny Allen’s cake sale made £423 and Tola enjoyed the cake too! Thanks Jenny and thanks to all who made the scrummy cakes.

The lovely Janet & Leanne were busy supporting North West England with a cake sale. Looking fab ladies!

Onion Bhajis & Samosas!


Sham’s DASAs Delight – Onion Bhajis & Samosas! Sham said “The event went very well. A HUGE thank you to my DASA’s Alan, Marie, Kay & Nicci who went that extra mile to make this happen. We have raised £290”. Brilliant job, and all sold out!

 

Spinathon!


The wonderful Tim Hyde & Emma Jackson organised a Spinathon at Medway MC & raised £595. Tim said “I just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who helped today’s event run and for making it such a success again. There were some amazing rides and of course we raised a nice tidy sum for Rowland Hill”.

Tough Mudder


Total … WOW … £730… Thank you so much you lovely lot! Superstar Leanne Lyons organised it and as always a roaring success.

Eggstravangsa


The wonderful HR Services team led by Craig and Julie-Anne raised in excess of £5K during their Eggstravangsa Week. “There’s been much bucket rattling in the reception of HR Services and it went really well! The HR folk were even treated to myself and Neil singing Abba songs … people were paying us to stop! There was an annual leave raffle and the ever popular Dress Down Day as well as a MONSTER cake sale”.  Wow, counting money is so much fun!!

Westminster 10K July 2018


Here are Reshan & Kieran who completed the Westminster 10K yesterday. Despite the heat they did fantastic times, Reshan, 55 mins & Kieran, 61 mins. Thanks to you both!

Nigel Dye & Mark Wyncoll gave very powerful and passionate speeches at our Recognition Event about the help RHF has given to their sons. They really are inspirational and we are always delighted to see them.

Cyclists Unite!


The annual Chesterfield Cycle Ride took place last week and raised a phenomenal £3K. They cycled for 4 days, more than 170 miles over some pretty big hills. Glenys said “Pleased to say I am sat back at my desk, and very comfortable it is too! I thought we had been training on the biggest hills we could find in Derbyshire but they are nothing compared to Yorkshire!” Glenys’ 15 year old daughter Millie took part and out-rode them all, well done Millie! Legal Auction 2018


The total raised at the 2018 Legal Auction was an incredible £19200, AMAZING. A fantastic night, great support and incredible generosity from those who attended. Thanks to our helpers Pardeep, Sue, Kenni and Luis, we really couldn’t do it without you.

Total Warriors


Thanks to these amazing Total Warriors! Alex Mathie, Rob Carr, Paul Hoult, Vince Prince & Dean Giles from Garforth DO completed the 12K Total Warrior assault course at Bramham Park on Sunday 24th June and raised £350. Thanks also to Susan Wilson for her help in organising.

3 Peaks Challenge


WOW, £9000 raised by Linsey and her wonderful team of trekkers who completed the 3 Peaks Challenge in glorious sunshine. Thank you so much for your support.
