Another successful Long Service Event yesterday at The Queens Hotel, Leeds, hosted by Service Delivery Leader Simon Scott.
Janet and Leanne worked hard all day, with the help of Karen Scott, selling raffle tickets for prizes such as a Fitbit, Supercar Experience, flowers, photoshoot, Champagne and Gin sets, Fragrance sets and Easter Eggs.
The support and generosity of the attendees resulted in a whopping £1075 raised for The Rowland Hill Fund! Leeds MC manager Rob Davies lead the ticket draw and made a speech referring to one of his employees who was currently absent from work due to Cancer and The Fund had assisted him greatly during this time, by paying 4 months of his mortgage. It was a really great day of not only fundraising but raising awareness too. Thanks to all for their support.
